Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you. While Shopify provides the technology that powers our online store, all purchases made through this website are made directly with BlueRex Offroad Rescue.

BlueRex makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, dimensions, colours, pricing, compatibility information, and other content displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, product colours and appearance may vary depending on your monitor, mobile device, browser settings, lighting conditions, or photography. We cannot guarantee that the product displayed on your screen will exactly match the product you receive.

Product specifications, packaging, features, dimensions, and designs may be updated, improved, or modified without prior notice as part of our continuous product development process.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.

BlueRex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit product quantities, refuse sales, or restrict purchases where necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, abuse of promotions, inventory shortages, or other legitimate business reasons.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is not accepted until BlueRex confirms acceptance and your payment has been successfully authorized and processed.

BlueRex reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order before shipment where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • pricing or technical errors;

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

  • product unavailability;

  • payment authorization failure;

  • suspected commercial resale contrary to these Terms; or

  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any payment collected for unavailable products will be refunded using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with you.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing their purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Returns, exchanges, and store credit are governed exclusively by our Return & Store Credit Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, products purchased through our website are intended for personal or business use by the purchaser and may not be purchased for unauthorized resale, distribution, or export in violation of applicable laws.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS & BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency specified on the website at the time of purchase. Prices, product availability, promotions, and discounts may be changed, updated, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed and confirmed by BlueRex.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed prices do not include:

  • Shipping or delivery charges;

  • Customs duties or import taxes;

  • Local taxes or government fees applicable in your country; or

  • Any other charges imposed by customs or regulatory authorities outside the United Arab Emirates.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by their local authorities for international shipments.

From time to time, BlueRex may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, special offers, or limited-time campaigns. Such promotions are governed by their own specific terms and conditions. Where a conflict exists between a promotional offer and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail only for that specific promotion.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current billing, payment, and account information for every purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and up to date.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method;

  • all payment information provided is accurate and complete;

  • your payment provider will honour the transaction; and

  • you are responsible for all applicable charges relating to your purchase.

BlueRex reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where payment cannot be successfully authorized, processed, or verified.

In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or typographical error affecting the price or availability of a product, BlueRex reserves the right to cancel the affected order before shipment and provide a full refund of any amount paid.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

BlueRex ships to selected destinations as listed on our website.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

BlueRex shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, government agencies, or any event outside our reasonable control.

For international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations within their destination country.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier or upon delivery to the address provided by the customer, whichever is applicable under the selected shipping service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. BlueRex shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

All content available through the BlueRex website and Services—including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, product designs, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, text, software, documentation, layouts, branding, marketing materials, downloadable content, and all other intellectual property—is owned by or licensed to BlueRex Offroad Rescue and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

BlueRex Offroad Rescue operates its online store using the Shopify e-commerce platform.

While Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that powers our online store, all products sold through this website are offered directly by BlueRex Offroad Rescue, and every purchase constitutes a transaction solely between you and BlueRex.

Shopify is not a party to any sales contract entered into between you and BlueRex and is not responsible for the manufacture, quality, safety, legality, delivery, warranty, or performance of any products sold through our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases, transactions, or use of products supplied by BlueRex.

  • Product descriptions will always be completely free from typographical errors;

  • Third-party services or integrations will operate without interruption.

Customers acknowledge that off-road driving and vehicle recovery involve inherent risks. Recovery equipment must always be inspected before each use and used only in accordance with the supplied instructions and accepted industry safety practices.

BlueRex shall not be responsible for damage, injury, or loss arising from improper installation, misuse, modification, overloading, failure to inspect equipment, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.

This disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueRex Offroad Rescue, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

  • Modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair of products;

  • Failure to follow supplied instructions or accepted off-road recovery practices; or

  • Normal wear and tear, accidents, negligence, or improper maintenance.

Customers acknowledge that off-road driving and vehicle recovery are inherently hazardous activities involving risks that cannot be completely eliminated. By purchasing and using recovery equipment supplied by BlueRex, customers accept responsibility for ensuring that products are used safely, correctly, and only by competent persons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BlueRex Offroad Rescue, its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers, and Shopify (where applicable) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueRex Offroad Rescue, together with its owners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, service providers, and Shopify (where applicable), from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, or reasonable legal fees arising directly or indirectly from:

  • Your breach of these Terms or any policy incorporated into these Terms;

  • Your unlawful use of our website or Services;

  • Your misuse of products purchased from BlueRex;

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;

  • Your infringement of the intellectual property or legal rights of any third party; or

  • Any false, misleading, or unlawful information or content submitted by you.

Where applicable, BlueRex will notify you of any claim for which indemnification is sought within a reasonable time after becoming aware of such claim. Failure to provide immediate notice shall not relieve you of your indemnification obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by the delay.

BlueRex reserves the right to manage the defence or settlement of any claim covered by this section, provided that no settlement imposing material obligations on you shall be agreed without your prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Where any provision cannot be enforced in full, it shall be deemed modified or severed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to be valid, binding, and enforceable.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal and state or territorial courts in the jurisdiction where Blue Rex is headquartered. You and Blue Rex consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 20 – WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure by BlueRex Offroad Rescue to exercise or enforce any right, remedy, or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, nor shall it prevent BlueRex from exercising that right or remedy at a later time.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Store Credit Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty Policy (where applicable), and any other policies or legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueRex regarding your access to and use of our Services.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, negotiations, representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the Services, whether oral or written.

Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall be interpreted fairly and in accordance with applicable law and shall not be construed solely against the party responsible for drafting these Terms.

SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of BlueRex Offroad Rescue.

Any attempted assignment or transfer in breach of this provision shall be null and void.

BlueRex reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliated company, successor, purchaser of the business, or other legal entity without prior notice, provided that such transfer does not reduce your mandatory legal rights under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of our Services, products, or website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
